Introduction
The City of Columbia Heights is planning improvements to Sullivan Lake Park, including the installation of a new playground. We are seeking input from residents and park users to help guide decisions about the playground location, design features, and other park amenities that matter most to the community.
A first round of public engagement and an online survey took place in October 2025. Feedback from that effort, along with continued discussions with the City of Columbia Heights, helped establish potential improvement locations and overall design direction.
