January Construction Update

16 January 2026

Hollow core planks are set onto precast beams to create the roof of the PreK wing. This wing was designed so that the roof could become a floor with a future 2nd floor addition.

Once precast in Area A (elementary wing) is complete, contractors will begin work inside to pour concrete for the floor slab. Electrical conduit is being placed for future needs.

The brick on the Preschool wing is inlaid in the precast in a Herring-Bone pattern. This is a nod to more classic brick patterns. The brick was used to bring down the scale of the building for the youngest students.
